I wanted to ask if we can directly upgrade from 3.20.20 to 4.0.9 or if I have to go step by step from 4.0.1 to 4.0.1 then 4.0.2?

I see some commands that require SSH. I don't have a VPS, it's a simple hosting. How can I upgrade on that? Also can I upgrade directly from 3.20.20 to 4.1.4?
