I bought your core license for $50 some time ago. Now you have reduced it to $30. I want to ask if you can refund me the difference?
Also, I want to upgrade to a network license now. I actually spend another $30 on the basis of already spending $50. ? ?

I'm sorry, but refund applies only for 10 days for money back guarantee. You purchased it on August 15.

I can offer you to upgrade to network taking in consideration what you already paid, but I can't refund you for a price change.

Do you mean you can upgrade my core license to the network license, and I don't have to pay again?
 
You only need to pay $10 to upgrade it. You purchased a Core license for $50 and Network now cost $60.
 
Try now, I had to tweak the internal functions to reflect this new upgrade policy. From now on the upgrades costs = Network price minus what you have already paid.
