Description of the issue
Rodolfo: "This was a known early bug in v3.10.2 which got patched silently. The official patch will be included in v3.10.3 and to manually apply it, simply replace lib/G/G.php with the file that I'm attaching here.

P.S. I was about to do it myself on your server, but the login credentials that you sent me are not working."

@ Rodolfo, I have send you new login credentials, could you please make the update manually, thanks.
 
You only needed to upload one single file, I just did that and your website is working fine now.
