Update to Norwegian translation

I decided to update the Norwegian translation because of some problems that probably will confuse your users.

I fixed one issue where "Submit" was translated to "Save/Send" and there were a few dots and misspellings.

Here is one example, VCCN is the translator's site. His site is also mentioned a few other places in the Norwegian translation.

I know this probably is wrong category but feel free to move my thread.
