I've published updates on the expected support response when using our support channels. You will now see the following notice in all the support-related sections of our community.

Support response

Our Tech Support and Bug Tracking service layers are delivered for free. Please understand that our support response won't be instant, but we will address every issue.

😘 We are aware that some users may want a fastest support response when it comes to small issues which at the same time aren't worth the expensive fee of Extra Support. Let us know if that's the case and if you are interested in a Chevereto Care subscription service, we are thinking in something low as $5/mo for a yearly in-site coverage.
