When I try to upgrade my installation I'm getting the following error. I haven't had this error in previous upgrades.


  • 18:33:54 Can't download v3.13.3 (Curl error Operation timed out after 60000 milliseconds with 12968146 out of 24686838 bytes received)
  • 18:32:53 Starting v3.13.3 download
  • 18:32:53 Update needed, proceeding to download
  • 18:32:53 Last available release is v3.13.3
  • 18:32:52 Installed version is v3.13.1
