Update crashed from 3.15.2 to 3.16.1 incompatible PHP Version

🎯Description of the issue

I have update my Software from 3.15.2 to the last public Version. But it's crashed. I became an update Error that php Version not compatibel! I have upgrade php Version but actually i have only a white Site!

I hope you can help me!?
