Kindly note that in this support section you must follow the procedure detailed on the post template. I'm afraid that you didn't comply with that guideline so we can't provide you Tech support at this time.

Please let me know what the problem is. because 1 day before it was working fine. I suspect this is a problem from the system after the version update
