Manual update (files)
This procedure will be required if your installation is unable to fetch the Chevereto API as won't be able to download the update. Note that is your server which limits this connectivity.
  • Download the latest release
  • Backup all your file changes (theme, routes, etc.)
  • Upload all the files and folders from the chevereto folder
  • Login to your website (admin user) and then go to /install
  • Restore or merge your file changes (only if needed)
Update from v3.13.5 to 3.14.1 ,I unzipped the latest package, and then nobody could log in

I'm sorry that you are having issues.

I'm afraid that I will need server access to be able to detect the reason for this error. Send server access to REDACTED indicating the path where the system is installed and making a reference (link) to this topic.
 
I've fixed the issue, it was a bug introduced in 3.14.0. I've also upgraded your website, everything should be working fine now.
