The issue was that the keys wasn't being copied correctly. Try to double check if the posted keys match what Twitter give you.
 
The keys were correct. But I regenerated the key again and now it is working fine. 🙂

Btw, do we really need read/write permission or just read permission is enough?
 
I don't remember where I saw it (the documentation is a mess) but I read that login with Twitter OAuth needs read+write permissions.
