Trying to submit to you for installation on my shared server.

Description of the issue
I just purchased a license and would like for you to install it for me. Feel free to delete the free version. There is nothing in it.

I am stumped at what Request installation cPanel host iP or name is. I looked at my cPanel and found the dedicated iP in the Servers information section. I don't know what the name is.

I took the leap of faith and tried to install it myself. Installation went well. Now I am hung at the database. Can't connect to the target database. The server replied with this:
SQLSTATE[HY000] [1044]

Solved by creating a database. Never did this before. 🙂
 
Now the problem is signing in. Upon signing in, the screen resets and I don't get any error message as if I typed in something wrong. I tried resetting the password which worked but still no login.

I created a new user, upon login: Chevereto error: Internal Server Error

Tried login again, now it does what I explained above.
 
When the system gets a connection refused error there's nothing at my end that I can do because the block is being made by your server, not Chevereto.com. Regardless of what your hosting company says, the port is just not listening or accepting to requests made by Chevereto.com so the remote installer can't work with those servers.

Your hosting company must have a log of blocked requests so just tell them to dig for Chevereto.com IP and they will tell you what is going on.

In cases like this I encourage clients to install the system manually following these instructions: https://chevereto.com/docs/install

Now, regarding the last issue posted. Do please open a new ticket and don't forget to include relevant details. "Chevereto error: Internal Server Error" means nothing and you should enable debug_mode 3 in those cases as is mentioned here: https://chevereto.com/community/threads/tech-support-guidelines.7552/

By doing that I can help you faster.
