Tips for upgrading to the latest Chevereto version?

I never upgraded before! Will I lose any settings or anything, or does everything usually go seamless? I click upgrade, and away we go, latest version?

I'm scared! lol everything has been going so well so far! 🙂

I think i might take a complete file dir backup, and sql export, or is that too much?

Go ahead, 4.3.7 is just a patch release which changes the app filesystem, it doesn't touch the database or the user content uploaded.
