There's no close button in the upload window.

▶ Reproduction steps

  1. When the top bar is automatically hidden and you upload pictures by dragging or copying, the upload window does not have a close button. You can only close the upload window by pressing the ESC key on the keyboard.

Instead of adding a close button, I made the top-bar to detect when hidden and automatic show. By doing this, the user can now close the uploader by clicking the uploader tab.
 
This bug status has changed to pending release (target 4.0.7)
