Kindly check the hotfix. Does that work for you? If not, then do please open a new ticket and please follow the instructions prompt on screen. Do this as it contains instructions on how you could debug the system and identify the issue you are experiencing.
You could also upgrade your license to Network, in which case you could ask me to investigate the issue directly in your installation.
Dear user, kindly note that to use Imagick the system needs Fileinfo. You need to either disable Imagick (to fallback to GD) or add the missing extension.
