Hi

We bought the 98$ bundle yesterday and got it installed today. I have two major requirements which are not not met in the same.

a. We wanted categories to be mentioned to the user before uploading the pictures. And also admin should be able to add and delete categories. Do you have this functionality . if yes..where and how.

b. We also want the uploaded photos to come to admin for approval before being made live to the user. can this be incorporated...if yes....lets us know the cost.

IS there any money back for this bundle since these are our major requirement......if not met we would like refund..how to proceed

You are asking for stuff that the system doesn't do. We don't even advise those features, you can't assume that the system does features not being listed.

I believe that there are several options in which you can make an educated purchase and of course that you can get your money back with the bundle but you didn't purchased the bundle. You purchased a Network license, which has the following payment policy:

By purchasing is understood that you know which are the system features and requirements. If you need to ask something before purchase check our Pre-sales section. There are no refunds for any service provided by Chevereto.com which includes licensing, software upgrades and support.

Payments are processed upon PayPal notification and in most cases it will take less than a few seconds. Some payments takes longer but that doesn't depends on us and we process the payments as soon as PayPal send us the request to do it.

If we notice a charge-back, unauthorized payment or anything related to a payment reversal or scam we will ban any associated license, we will terminate any additional services and we will take-down all the infringing websites related to that license.

Since I don't want to lost more time on this I will just refund your purchase and you should uninstall the script immediately. Within 24hrs I will be issuing takedown noticies if I still see your websites running Chevereto.
