Tap or Pinch to zoom not working

I was looking at my site www.lifted4x4.net on my Samsung Galaxy s7 using Chrome app. I tried to zoom, but I was unable to pinch zoom, or tap to zoom in. Is there a setting I am not turning on?
 
There is no pinch to zoom feature, you are asking about something that doesn't exists in the system.
