Sub-Albums moved to Parent no longer appear on "Albums"

Hello, thanks for reporting this bug.

I've been reviewing the sub-album implementation and I've found several issues, including what you have posted here. I'm also changing the behavior of /user/albums to list albums regardless of their tree structure (shows all) which will avoid edge cases where albums went missing.

On Chevereto v4.2.0 this shouldn't be an issue.
