Description of the issue
Hello,

Why mailgun.org SMTP are not working? Getting error, Invalid SMTP server and Invalid SMTP username.

Make sure to use the following settings.

Port: 465
Secutiry: SSL

I tested with those and worked. Does it works for you?

Not working from my side.

You will have to refer this to your hosting company because is your server who is blocking access to mailgun. Most likely they have a bad firewall setup or they need to give you some privileges to use SMTP.

The same server we have using mailgun for our main site with Xenforo. Does not have any issue.
