I want to report a bug in version 3.7.0. I want to report a bug in version 3.7.0. I share the screen image. SMTP Mail mode does not work / incorrect. Only phpMail () func.It is working. How do we solve the problem?

That is not a bug, the system is telling you why smtp isn't working so you should check that command response at top.

If you want an easy solution just go to mandrillapp.com and start using that for smtp sending.
 
Most providers do not allow you to use smtp :) Only if you have your own dedicated server or (not always) VPS
