Setting the album cover art (What am I missing)

Hi All,

Version 4.2.5

First post - just trying to set the album cover art.
I can see from the change logs etc that this feature was added some time ago - not sure what I am missing.
I have selected the image and clicked the actions dropdown but no option to set album art/cover.

I am sure I am missing something simple....?

Navigate to a file within that album, the set album cover action is on the file actions at the bottom right of the media.
