Since Chevereto supports many languages, many sites have turned on multi-language support. However, this has created a unique problem when it comes to SEO. Chevereto sites with multi-language support lists https://sitename.com/?lang=en as the default homepage on Google instead of just https://sitenamecom. Also the site title will have "English" added to it automatically to every page. Screenshot added.
When targeting majority English speaking population, it is bit weird to have "English" added to every page title on Google.

When English is set as default https://sitename.com/?lang=en should redirect to https://sitename.com. I think this will remove "English" from the title.
