Hello everyone,

after upgrading to the latest version I got this notice:
  • System database is outdated. You need to run the update tool.
After clicking on 'update' I get a 500 server error.
Technical support told me to debug and error report before they can help. However I'm not at all a savvy in this matter.
Would someone be so kind as to explain in a simple way what I should do to obtain these error reports?
