Search a user from Dashboard ( Admin Access)

When i try to find a user from my dashboard i couldn't find one search option there, so if you could add that, it would be helpful for admins.

There should be a search dedicated to dashboard, just like we have for user profile page. I find it hard to search for images, users and albums when search function is turned off. Admins should be able to search the database regardless of the search function being turned on/off.
 
/search/users/q=query

It is simpler to just ignore the disabled search functionality for admin isn't?
