Save images to own account from another accounts or guests.

For example, someone uploaded an image. and i've chevereto account, when i see an image in explorer or albums we can save this image to own account.

We can use 'Like' function for this but when image deleted by owner, our liked images was delete.

Rather than a "save", you are describing a copy. It is a copy if you can do what you just described.
 
yes, this can call named duplicate or copy. but all copied contents will keep own account. like google drives 'create a copy' features.
