Rich text support for descriptions

Descriptions are currently plain text which limits a lot what you can achieve with it. This RFC is for adding rich text support to these.

Describe your feature request
Spawn a rich text editor enabling to use bold, italic, lists, headings, etc. That way descriptions will stop being pale text boxes.

Where did you see this?
We added this to Chevereto Cloud support system and I think that could also work here.
