"Request denied" After TMD server updates (v3.13.5 ?)

- When will this happen?

Starting from November 25th, outside of business hours, we will migrate your hosting account to our new servers. There may be a brief period of downtime (up to 20 minutes) whilst your account is migrated, depending on its size. All your website data including files, email accounts, databases and PHP settings, will be transferred to the new system.
 
Seems like the merge (they got eaten) caused to reallocate customers, which is common but to drop the ball like this is embarrassing.

You should raise a ticket with them but I strongly recommend migrate to another provider.

I see you got the problem resolved but you have not reported back to the forum as to how you resolved it.
I am also with TMD and find them to be excellent with their support and response times. In our case the server update went smoothly with no problems but it has to be said that we are running version 4 of Chevereto which may be more compatible with the current versions of database and PHP.
