Hello,
I do not know if I'm the only one, but since the 3.5.18 release, impossible to fill the Descrioption an image.
Indeed a tooltip appears in the upper left (in firefox and chrome) telling me "please fill out the fields" or all the fields are filled.

Is that someone you already ascended the problem?
