recaptcha problem

Whenever logging in in /dashboard I receive this message:
To use reCAPTCHA you must get an API key from https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin/create
Any help? I am on the latest version 3.1.2

doesn't say much really from what i told in OP...
i go to /dashboard, login as admin, and then this hits. the frontend works fine.

That is weird. Try to edit the database. Go to chv_settings and set to 0 (zero) enable_recaptcha. But is a pretty weird issue. Did you put invalid reCaptcha keys?

No, I didn't do that. I don't even know where to put valid/invalid recaptcha keys.
Also, I don't have the option enable_recaptcha, this is all I have (see the attachment).

You have already disabled recaptcha. And the thing that Senja mentioned was that Google changed the recaptcha website and the old url doesn't work.
