reCAPTCHA for Registration

Hi Everyone,

I would like to be able to enable reCAPTCHA for user registrations to avoid bots signing up. Presently I receive a ton of new user registrations which appear to be bots creating an account.

Ideally this would be configurable to disable the reCAPTCHA when a user is registering via Facebook, Twitter, etc and only be enabled when they are registering directly via the website.

To that end, I realize we have the option to require email verification, but by that time the account already exists.

reCpatcha is already supported by Chevereto. Dashboard > Settings > External services. reCaptcha challenge will be triggered after X failed attempts so if you want to always show it, set reCaptcha threshold to zero (0).

I got 170 stupid bot signups. After that I set the reCaptcha threshold to 0. It worked, none after that.

I wonder if there is some simple way to delete all users who are registered but never clicked the email confirmation link?

Sure, just remove them from the database.
