If you can't run the script please make sure that you are using the last release and complete the following topics:
Chevereto NB requirements
Security and permissions issue
Often you will notice some permission issues, like "can't write" or "there is no write permission.". This is because your PHP installation doesn't have the rights to write. The recommended workaround and best way to avoid this issue is run PHP with owner permissions (try suPHP or suEXEC). If you have a dedicated server or root access you can configure these modules with ease.
On the other hand if you are on some shared hosting and they don't run either suPHP or suEXEC this means that you will need to manually set up the proper permissions on the necessary folders using the infamous chmod 777. This is not necessary in mostly of the good hostings but there is still hosting providers that doesn't run suPHP or suEXEC. I encourage you to contact your hosting provider because chmod 777 is a potential security risk on bad server environments and they should already switch to a more secure thing.
Still doesn't run
If you have check all this and the script is not running, enable the debug mode (open config.php and look around) and use the forum search if it's an already solved issue. If not then please post a very descriptive topic with the details of your issue.
If you follow this steps we will be happy to help.
