Hey Rodolfo, look's like the priorities has been changed a bit (i guess it's because of the security thing happening across teh Internets) and the initial September release been postponed. However, is there is any new ETA for 5.0 release?

Indeed, v5.0 was delayed due to security patches. Each patch required porting back to 4.5.8, a process that took roughly three weeks. Add another week because v4.5.8 revealed an SQL update issue affecting v3.X through v4.2, which required reviewing those versions as well, plus some FTP problems.

Development for v5.0 should proceed this week, and since it is nearly ready to ship, allow a couple of weeks for release.
