Hello,
After I buy the hosting and license, Do I have to design my website or you have some templates??
If you have some templates, can I edit it and change the background picture?

No templates.

Yes you can change the background image.

You can simply use the "Dashboard" board to customize your site. It helps to make a logo for a more professional design. Look at the Showcase section of this forum to see what some users are doing and to get some inspiration.
 
There aren't additional templates but you can toggle almost everything via Dashboard panel.
 
what about the photos uploaded? I will have access to this photos?? can I remove any violated uploaded photos??
