I have purchase a license a while back and paid 180, i dont have any rights to redownload and have to pay again?

Hi,
  1. Licenses have never costed $180. What you purchased was hosting (Arvixe bundle back then) which included a license for free.
  2. You purchased the bundle in January 16th 2015 and you cancelled the hosting service shortly after in March 2015.
  3. The Arvixe terms back then were very clear: You must preserve the hosting service for at least one year. You didn't.
  4. Arvixe requested to cancel your license at March 12th 2015.
