Purchase license to use on my own server?

So I am looking for a way to purchase license to use on my own server? I tried purchasing network bundle but was told I can't use that on my own server. So how do I do this?
 
Has the ordering system been fixed as of today? Just wondering because I'll be ordering a copy to be installed on my own server as well, and I'm still a little confused as to the actual files and folders I will receive when downloading after payment.
