Problems when upgrade from 2.0.18 to 2.1

When I try to upgrade my site, it display this page. I try to put in the password in config.php file then press enter but no thing happen. Please help me, thank you!

I did upload .htaccess file to the root folder of chevereto code.
I also notice you that I using GoDaddy hosting which is also having problem once ago in this topic : http://chevereto.com/forums/topic1790-solved-500-internal-server-error-fix-for-godaddy.html

I just adding the

RewriteBase /

to the .htaccess file and it working now!
