problem with banners

hello,,
i have problem with banners
> dashboard> banners
if i use :
Before main title (homepage)
ads showing under logo bar like that

if i use :
After call to action (homepage) :
it push up Title and Paragraph under logo bar like that :
https://prnt.sc/jpt0wi

this problem i was have before but it stop after i make new update but i have it again since 2 update go ...so i was use ads only with (After cover (homepage) ) until i find awy to fix it
i use now last updat
i try many mobile and it was allwas hapend 🙁
but if i use tablet 8 inch it work with no problem 😵
so ..can i find away to fix it ?
