Just noticed when i switch to private mode on the website the default page is always the login page. Is it possible to have the normal front page as default in private mode as is but with the limited menu (logo+login/signup) like a teaser to sign up to the site.

No. That is the point of the private mode and no one that actually uses the private mode has requested this.
 
So how would it be possible to show the same page and nomatter where the visitor clicks he/she gets the login/signup modal ?
