Point chevereto to domain/subfolder instead of domain/

I have a new install of Chevereto and I'd like it to point to subfolder instead of the root of public_html. Should I have put the installer in /public_html/foldername?

Is there a way to change it after the fact?

Simply make the folder and move everything there. The system auto detects its path.

Everything means everything, including hidden files/folders and permissions.
