Website installed all the pictures you want to see a single picture.

1 I have selected my official picture they all want to be the same as 172,000.

172,000 pieces image to view a single picture. How can I do this?

Oh, I get it. That's already implemented but you need to edit base .htaccess file. Open that file and you will see the instructions right away.
