Person ‘stealing’ my website

You might check this out:

Specifically, look into this:

Contact their host and demand that they remove the content

Different hosts have different policies on copyrighted materials, however if you contact the host, it’s possible that they will take the whole website off-line. To find out who the host is, search for whois and you’ll find various websites that then let you enter their domain name. Enter this on any of the whois websites and you’ll see details of the host, domain registrar and site owner.

You can find a list of links to take down pages for different hosts, as well as social media and other sites on artistic-license.org.

This shows their host is Hetzner.

Additionally, their registrar appears to be IONOS.

Their website has "Contact IONOS Customer Service" button towards the bottom of that page.

It won't hurt you to try reporting them to their host or their registrar. Best of luck.

Thats my host, maybe I was not really clear, they pointed their domain to my ip. But i'll contact Ionos and Google, thank you!

Ah, that makes sense. Regardless of the host, you can still report them to their registrar. Here are the WhoIs results:

Of particular note is the "Registrar Abuse Contact Email" section which gives this email: abuse@ionos.com

I'd say that is the best place to start. :)

This could also happen if he has same host and their configuration is messed up that could then easily cause your own site to start appearing on other domains pointing to exactly same server.

So this does not mean hes stealing your site.

So i would contact your host and if they can confirm the domain is pointing to same server as your site is on, then it seems to be faulty configuration. So then host has to check into it and fix it as long their path/folder is empty or does not contain your site.

Update:

just as i thought your site even loads on following ip 95.216.204.18 so what he has done is he uses DNS records and did a A record to your server ip 95.216.204.18 so he is not stealing your site, just pointing his domain to your server.

you Should get rid of having your site listen on 95.216.204.18 and make it only load on your domain!

To do this use vhosts method, that way you can have dummy.html in root path like index.html saying random message so it loads on ip, while your domain points to it's own path where it only is able to load up on your domain and no one else.
