Normalmente los servidores ya no permiten enviar correos mediante la funcion nativa de php mail(). Esto es por que lo usan para spam y otros fines no deseados. Lo que la mayoria de los servidores usa ahora es SMTP, si tu servidor te bloquea php mail() de seguro te ha habilitado SMTP. Para eso, se necesita el host, un usuario y una contraseña. Puedes usar el SMTP de tu host (ellos te deberian dar esta informacion por cada mailbox que tu tengas con ellos) o GMAIL, en el cual te recomiendo que te hagas un gmail exclusivo para esto.

Claro si, osea, yo me cree una cuenta nueva para esto, pero la cosa es que no se como cfg, por eso te decia si me ayudas.
 
Claro, tienes q usar esto:

PHP: 
$mail->Mailer = "smtp"
$mail->Host = "smtp.gmail.com";
$mail->SMTPAuth = true;
$mail->Port = 465;
$mail->SMTPSecure = "ssl";
$mail->Username = "tuusergmail";
$mail->Password = "tupassgmail";
