i updated my script to the latest 3.6 and i got this error

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '[', expecting ')' in /home/phooto/public_html/app/loader.php on line 113

i need fast support please

unable to update without a error lol

This is not live support zone looool....... so have patience.

#note : always test scripts on dev site before you push it on live site.
 
did anyone lese experience this ? im just about to update myself too but my script is "untouched" so shouldnt be any conflicts or errors....
 
if i put the script on a blank site, of course it will work. it doesnt work tho, i followed the instructions tho.
 
I had zero problems with the upgrade, maybe there was a problem with the first upload, try re-uploading the files, to see if that helps.
 
The "Parse error..." happens when you don't have PHP 5.4, is something very common around here. https://chevereto.com/community/thr...ed-expecting-in-and-other-common-issues.4280/

Update from 3.X (Arvixe)
The update procedure is exactly the same but unless is explicitly mentioned do not change the root .htaccess file. If somehow you replaced this file make sure to have this line of code at the very top of the file:

By the way, check the support hours because we don't have 24/7 support hours.
