I want just to share my idea. It will be great to add a page builder plugin so it will allow us to modify wallpaper page and homepage and why not all kind of pages. So the page builder will have blocks of widgets and so on...

FYI Homepage cover can be edited at Dashboard, Settings, Homepage.

Besides, I'm not into the page build stuff. Usage stats shows me that people want a simple turnkey solution, maybe more themes (premium themes) but not a page builder.

It is just an idea. The system i already good and works nicely.

I was talking about widgets blocks that we can use to customize any kind of page. (social widget, comment widget, ... ) like page builder.
