Recently i am seeing this in my database which i never saw till date

Problems with indexes of table `chv_categories`
The indexes PRIMARY and id seem to be equal and one of them could possibly be removed.

Also occurs on few other installs like...wordpress. What would have been wrong?
 
That is saying that those tables have two indexes that are the same thing. Keep the PRIMARY index, drop the UNIQUE index.
