Only check enabled image formats in integrity check

▶🚶‍Reproduction steps
  1. Install Chevereto on a host that has ImageMagick installed but WEBP support missing.
  2. Disable "webp" in allowed formats in Chevereto settings.
😢Unexpected result

System integrity check still says that webp support is missing and the page won't load.

Expected result

Only check the image formats that are enabled in the Chevereto Settings.

I don't like that kind of flexibility, it just makes systems worse by having too many moving parts. Many stuff is being changed to stop having all these breaking points.

I don't know why the lack of webp should be any issue, installing that in your server is free?. I don't understand why you want to cripple the system on purpose.

Why should i install a piece of software i don't have any use for and which may introduce bugs or even security issue that?

To follow your argument: why is there a option to disable specific image formats in the settings in the first place?

If your server provides all the required formats and you disable in dashboard that won't drive any bug neither security issue.

Because is a dashboard setting affecting end-users, is not a setting to determine the system provisioning. It has been always checking for all extensions, regardless of if is enabled or not. Is just that nows ask for webp as it's usage is more spread now.
