Nothing happens when I click Embed codes/full info

I'm not sure if it has something to do when I updated to 3.1.2
I already tried reloading all the caches and still don't work.

It seems it just like refreshes the page but embed codes/full info tab won't appear. Even the links/dropdown on the menu won't work.

also i think there's something wrong with the viewer, i think it's displaying the thumbnail size file.

(these happens when you're logged in. i am logged in as admin account)
