I have a non nude site and idiots are posting pictures of there cocks, I really need a way
to approve images first so they don't show up in explore, I had to disable explore.

This has been already suggested and approved, however I won't add that for now.

P.S. I'm not taking new feature requests. There are too many accepted requests already. Please respect.
