No Public Image on homepage

Hello,

On the homepage on my website (with chevereto 3.1.1) with a public view, we don't see public upload.
It's an option ? normal ? or I have a problem with my install ?

If I want to see public image, I need to choose /explore view.

Many thanks for your help
 
Dashboard > Settings > Theme

Home user id set to 0 or leave it blank.
