No login without checkbox Remember me

Hello

No login without checkbox "Remember me".
After entering the password checkbox "Remember me" must be obligatorily checked, otherwise is no login (for admin and for user).
Why?

The "remember me" functions use a cookie to keep those values. Check if you have cookies enabled in your browser. Does this happens on the demo?
 
i've tested with 5 browsers: opera, chrom, ie, safari, firefox. it works without chekbox only in firefox
 
Yes, I can tell that it only works on Firefox.
I need to do complex debuging, I will need some FTP access to test it. Please send the details via PM.
