I want to ask i have to buy domain + hosting for installing script which one is best? i was thinking of buying domain from godaddy.com and hosting it to 000webhost.com
is it fine?

Don't host your website with hostgator.

It's against their TOS unless you get their VPN or Dedi servers, which aren't worth it because of the terrible prices.

If you host with them, they'll take down your site just like mine.

Hostgator do routine inspections overtime of your websites, especially if you're having a high load. IF you were to found to have a website against their TOS (Porn, illegal content, image/file hosting) they terimate your website.

As they did to mine. 95% of all cheap hosts don't allow image hosting.

For image hosting its better to use VPS
